1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bedbed platform (bedbed.app) and all of its services. "Bedbed", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating bedbed.app. "Member", "you", and "your" refer to any individual registered on the platform.

By accessing or using Bedbed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Bedbed reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms are published in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
• Bedbed's services are intended for personal and recreational use only.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with Bedbed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Each individual may only register one account. If a person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any funds may be forfeited. Our system automatically detects attempts to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3 Betting Rules

Your account must have sufficient balance to place a bet on Bedbed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, though Bedbed does offer a cash-out option in certain situations.

Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.

• If a match is abandoned or no official result is determined, stakes will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are offered, Bedbed reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• All applicable minimum and maximum betting limits must be observed.
• Bets placed after results have been announced will not be accepted.

4 Payment Policy

Bedbed supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Payment details must match the information on your registered account. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours, though additional time may be required if verification is still in progress.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Transactions may be temporarily suspended if money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit, where possible.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bedbed offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you agree to all of its associated terms.

To withdraw bonus funds, you typically need to complete a specified amount of betting turnover, known as the wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting this condition may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus applies once per person, device, and IP address.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Bedbed reserves the right to investigate and void the bonus.
• Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

6 Responsible Betting

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please reach out to our support team first. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 72 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• In disputes relating to betting outcomes, Bedbed's system logs will serve as the final record of evidence.
• If your issue isn't resolved through support, independent mediation is available.

10 Right to Modify & Restrictions

Bedbed reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification.

Bedbed is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, third-party service failures, or issues with your internet connection. Use of the platform is entirely at the member's own risk.
